Product Description

Lisa Hilland was inspired by the traditional hunter chair, with its frame in metal, seat in wood, and backrest in leather when designing her Torso chair. A comfortable and functional chair with an eye-catching backrest in plaited leather.

Materials

Powder coated steel frame, form-pressed ash/oak veneer seat, leather backrest.
Black with powder coated black legs.
Oak Natural and Cognac with chrome plated legs.
Ash Natural with powder coated white legs.

Lisa Hilland puts a lot of value to the fact that Torso is produced in Sweden as she prefers the environmental aspects as well as the hands-on quality control of locally produced design. She can often be seen on the factory floor searching for eco-friendly solutions to enhance the project. The new additions are dressed for the party and you'll find them in sophisticated bars and salons. You might say that Torso family are the lobster and champagne of chairs.

The Torso framework and leather back are produced in Sweden. The combination of hi-tech and lo-tech, framework and attire, creates a notable dynamic. This is a design that suits the home just as well as the public sector.
